§ 18-8. Insurance.

Before issuing a permit to move a house, structure or other building over roads in the city, the zoning administrator shall require satisfactory evidence that the applicant has liability insurance coverage with a reputable company during such proposed moving operation in the following amounts:

(1)

For bodily injury to each person, a minimum of $25,000.00;

(2)

For bodily injuries from each occurrence, $50,000.00; and

(3)

Damage to property, $10,000.00.
