§ 30-1. Applicability of state rules and regulations.

The rules and regulations promulgated by the state election board which pertain to municipal elections, together with the provisions of the Georgia Municipal Code contained in O.C.G.A. tit. 21, ch. 2 (O.C.G.A. § 21-2-1 et seq.), shall govern the conduct of municipal, general and special elections in the city. A copy of the rules and regulations shall be on file in the city clerk's office.
