§ 62-2. Hours of operation.

(a)

City parks shall be open to the public daily between the hours of 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 p.m. No person, other than city personnel conducting city business, or engaging in a city sponsored event, shall occupy or be present in such parks during any other hours.

(b)

Any section or part of a park, or an entire park, may be declared closed to the public by the recreation director at any time and for any interval of time, either temporarily or at regular or stated intervals.
