§ 82-1. Composition of public works department.

(a)

The public works department shall consist of the public works director, who shall be the head of the department, and all officers and employees assigned thereto by the city council.

(b)

The public works director shall have control and supervision over all officers and employees assigned to the department, subject to the control of the city council.
