Article I. IN GENERAL |
§ 82-4. Encroachment.

No person shall erect or maintain any building or structure which encroaches upon any public street or property, nor erect any poles or wires nor maintain any poles or wires over any public place, street, alley or other public way, without having first secured a permit from the city clerk in the manner specified in section 82-16.
