§ 98-45. Swimming pools.

Once a year, an adjustment may be made in the sewer portion of a user's bill for filling a swimming pool. Customer must notify the city water department prior to filling pool and when the pool filling is completed shall receive a credit on the sewer portion of their bill for only the amount of water used to fill pool.
